Doorlight Commission Disclosures

Doorlight Listing Fee & Commission:

All Doorlight plans only display listing commission. If a seller choices to offer buyer agent commission that would be additional. Sellers are not required to offer any buyer agent commission.

0% Listing Side Commission Plan

Doorlight’s standard plan of 0% Listing Side Commission starts as a 1% listing fee. If the Doorlight Listing agent brings a buyer the fee listing fee is adjusted down from 1% of the purchase price to 0% of the purchase price when the seller accepts offer. This would not affect any commission the buyer may owe to the broker due to a buyer broker agreement, and only affects the listing commission.

Doorlight Buyer’s Cash Back Offer:

Buyers may receive up to 1% cash back when they purchase a property with Doorlight while having signed an exclusive representation agreement and elected the Cash Back option. If buyer’s are requesting the seller to pay for their commission they have the option to reduce the amount of commission owed to the broker by 1% or to receive the Cash Back as a credit. Cash back is subject to lender approval and other conditions.
